Memberships Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or maintaining a membership with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to keep things fair, transparent, and fun for all members.

1. Membership Overview

PickleHaus offers three membership tiers:

·       Clubhouse Pass

·       VIPP – Very Important Pickleball Player

·       Next Gen & Legends - For Under 18 and over 55 and concession card holders. This plan is in-person sign-up only. A valid ID must be presented to confirm eligibility (e.g. student ID, driver’s licence, or concession card). PickleHaus reserves the right to deny or cancel memberships purchased without valid proof of eligibility.

2. Membership Duration and Renewal

- Memberships are available on a monthly, bi-annual (6-month), or annual basis.
- All memberships renew automatically at the end of their term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Renewal payments are processed using the saved payment method on your account.
- Members will receive reminder notifications prior to renewal.
- By enrolling in auto-renewal, you authorise PickleHaus to process recurring payments until cancellation.

3. Payment and Billing

- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase or renewal.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of membership access and benefits until resolved.

4. Cancellation Policy

- Members may cancel their membership up to 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid renewal. If you cancel within 3 business day before your next billing date, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.
- Once a new term has started, fees for that term are non-refundable.
- Membership benefits remain active until the end of the paid term.
- PickleHaus reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership if a member breaches the Code of Conduct, fails to comply with venue rules, or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

5. Membership Benefits

- Membership benefits apply only to the registered member and are non-transferable.
- Discounts apply at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
- All Free Court Hire offers (e.g. birthday, joining bonus, or monthly benefit) must be booked manually by PickleHaus staff and are subject to availability.
- Birthday court hire offers must be redeemed within 7 days of your birthday.
- Free paddle and ball hire apply only during your booked session.
- Discounts apply to PickleHaus hosted sessions and programs only (not third-party events).

6. Advance Bookings

- Clubhouse Pass: up to 21 days in advance
- VIPP: up to 28 days in advance
- Next Gen & Legends: up to 21 days in advance
All bookings are subject to availability and our standard court booking and cancellation policy.

7. Venue Rules and Conduct

All members must:
- Follow the PickleHaus Code of Conduct and venue safety policies.
- Treat staff, players, and property respectfully at all times.
- Use and return hire equipment responsibly.
- Adhere to booking and cancellation timelines.
Breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

8. Changes to Membership or Benefits

PickleHaus reserves the right to:
- Adjust pricing, benefits, or inclusions with 14 days’ notice (via email or website update).
- Discontinue or replace membership tiers if necessary.
Existing members will retain their benefits until the end of their current term.

9. Liability and Waiver

By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks.
- PickleHaus, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation unless caused by gross negligence.
- All members must have completed a valid Player Waiver before using the facilities.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the PickleHaus Privacy Policy.
We do not share member details with third parties except as required by law or for essential business operations (e.g. payment processing).

12. Agreement

- Acknowledge that membership benefits are subject to availability, venue rules, and responsible use.
